Needing advice
I have a Outlander with 63,000 miles. Back when it was under warranty at 52,000 I had a issue with the blower motor making noise. Took it in to the dealer and they checked it out. They couldn't find anything wrong. Now that the car is out of warranty they want me to pay. I told the service manager that this is a pre existing problem that originated when the car was under the warranty. The same issue they claim they could not find. He looked at the paper work from when they looked at it and said there is nothing they can due cause they could not find anything wrong at that time. I told him that I feel since they could not find the problem back then and its still here I should not have to pay for it. LOL he said sorry. I'm really thinking about writing the corporate office about this. What are your thoughts about this?
