New car
Probably the usual recalls (even Honda has them). Other than that, nothing major. Although like sk8 said, without having over 100k miles on the car there really isnt a way to tell with any car what its long term faults are.
For the most part I wouldn't worry. The only unreliable Mitsubishis are the one made right here in the USA.

If you put the top up and down all the time then eventually it will develop a leak somewhere around the moldings. That was one of the main reasons why I got rid of my '97 Spyder GS and never again will own a convertable. Go for a hard top coupe with a sunroof man. You'll love it and that's what I did and I have no regrets at all.
