So i want to do something special to my doors. I dont know of a lot of options. Lambo doors are hot but over played. Suiside doors i dont know if they would work on a Spyder cause of the windows. Any ideas?

 

i would just get the Door handles Shaved...thats what i'm going to be doing

Carbon fiber doors!

 

carbon fiber doors are not only expensive as ****!!! if you get them, you would have to make a roll cage in your car so that if you were ever t-boned you'd have some kind of protection. carbon fiber is strong but not when it comes to something like a wreck.

 

Mine are shaved.......if you dcide to shave them make sure you place a hidden button sumwhere for you to push just in case u lock your door popper in your car.....ive locked mine in while cleaning or working on it like 98378264326534762534 times.....

 

Not only is that not safe. Question to you being do you ever segest anything that isnt carbon fiber related? You Carbon fiber *****. LOL

 

lol well I love the look of carbon fiber as much as Sebba does but 1 it's not safe. 2 they are VERY expensive!!!! and 3 i think it would make the car look "splotchy" or "uneven" when i do something to my car it has to be even and symetrical or i won't do it. that's the reason i never bought the carbon fiber front bumper or fenders for my car.

 

OK so maybe this is a stupid idea but hey it wasnt mine. My brother segested maybe a revers lambo door. If i could find a place that will make a set of hinges that pop the doors out like regular lambo doors but that rotate backwards instead of forwards. It would be a labo that would be unique. It also makes more scence because of the placement of the interior door handle on the eclipse. and itsmake more scence when you look at the motion your arm would go through to open it. It makes scence to me. Although it was just my 17 year old brother talking out his a$$

 

Ok so a shop here in Vegas will do the Suiside Lambo doors but it will cost me in the neighbor hood of 7 grand for the hinges alone and the labor would be extensive cause of the switching of all the wiring and all the sensors. And also having to add more structure to the back part of the door.
