I'm researching owner loyalty programs and am curious to hear fromMitsubishi owners and figured what better place to find enthusiasts than at the forum. I would like to know how Mitsubishi has communicated with you since you purchased your Mitsubishi (either New or CPO). Did they send you emails, offers, etc;. What did they do to make you feel like a part of something once you bought your car. Was it enough, too much or just right? Let me know. All feedback is welcome and very appreciated. Yes Mitsubishi has communicted since I purchased the car and MMC has been rather helpful and informative. There not bugging me when they send me what few emails of offers I get and phone calls have been polite.</P>


What needs to change is at the dealership level. Lets just say I am not happy when services tells me my car is abused just by looking at it and not even taking a look at the problem and just viewing my car through a window. It is rather disappointing for me to hear the level of knowledge that dealerships have when it comes to the cars they sell. </P>
