I just buy a new key for my mitsubishi outlander, I need programing instructions thanks

 

I'm pretty sure the dealer has to program the key for ya.

 

I work at a Ford/Mercury dealership and yes you do have to take your key and vehicle to the dealership to get it programmed to the car. The service dept. has to hook the car up to their computers/scanners to program it.
