Whats the galant got in it???

 

I'd say if its an LS or GTS the galant prolly takes race.. but if its not an LS or GTS it might be close but id prolly lean on the Getta

 

i would go with the jetta on that one no question

 

if the jetta is turbocharged. it would win i think 5 speed is better than auto some of the time. but hey you never know what the galant has in it.

that's a mismatch it's like comparing a freakin snail vs. a turtle (jke) i would say jetta will smoke the galant no doubt about it

 

never ridden in a galant or a jetta but I would lean towards the jetta...

 

well the VR6 is faster than a 1.8T and I have seen a GT eclipse(stock 5spd) walk a VR6 with exhaust and intake slightly.

The Galant if it is 6G72powered it should will if both are stock is my guess. if the Galant is 4G64 powered than the galant will prolly lose

 

Since it is a turbocharge Jetta (1.8t) with a 5speed. I would have to say the Jetta and that is if the Galant is stock. The stock V6 (6G72) might give it a run for its money but not the 4G64 in stock form.

 

turbo VWs are slower than you think, a 6G72 will eat it a 4G64 will lose
