Hi I was wondering if any of you could help me please? I have an 06 club cab l200. The rear axle is making a hell of a noise and is on the way out. I have a friend who will swap it for another one for me. I managed to find one on eBay but now I have it home I see it doesn’t have diff lock like mine has!
my question is, can my original axle with diff lock be swapped for on that doesn’t have it? If so what is the process of removing the wiring and making the vehicle forget about it? Will it affect the vehicle?
