You mean the dsm 4g63 head swap.

 

That would be the Evo 8 yes.

It is the Evo8 head they slap in there. not the DSM one. and of course the IX head has not yet been tried because of the Ecu for MIVEC

 

An evo 8 head on a 4g64?

 

yea, dude the 4g64 is only a 4g63 that has a 100mm crank. so a stroker. Build up the pistons and rods and you got a stroker motor. That is the same crank thatalot ofstrokers come with. and teh Evo head is swappable onto it. I only know this because I owned a 4g64 GS 3G.

Keep in mind that not all 4g64s can use the Evo version. only the 2000 and after 4g64 can. earlier years they can use the DSM head because they are 180 degrees opposed from the Evo.
