The Fusion is a sweet car...awesome quality and ahead of the Camry, Altima, Accord and the rest of the cars in its class...so it's ranked #1...I'd like to see a turbo on the Fusion I-4, that would be a bad-azz car there....One thing about the Fusion I don't like is that you can only get the AWD in the V-6 but it puts out 221 hp in a 3.0 liter....Nice cars any way you go though. I'm pretty impressed with them..I sold an AWD one yesterday as a matter of fact, to a 79 year old lady at that too.
too bad the AWD version doesnt come with the option of ordering standard... you get the automatic.

BTW ...
Sebba... which TSB's are you talkin about ???

i dont have to...
i'm a ford employee, i can log onto the site and pull them.
anyways..
the TSB are there as service buletins...
and thats a good thing...
if there are problems with the car and is a TSB then the repair is quick in and out...
which in turn is good for the customer, because your car will be in and out of the shop fast.

no offence taken... its all about how the dealer wants to deal with you...
if you have a prob see the manager, the advisors are just anoather link in the chain...
and as FAR as tech's go, its really hit and miss, you might get a senior tech that has years and years of experience or you might get an apprentice! the more $$$ you pay the better the service due to the experience and tech salaries.

I know what you mean...like I can tell you all abuot a Ford/Mercury/Lincoln vehicle and how to operate everything because my product knowlege is through the roof, but to work on one...forget about it! I can do the basics as far as mechanics anything else I just take it to my favorite mechanic in the back and pay him under the table to work on it...working here definately has its perks.

At least you are honest. Nothing pisses me off more when a ****ing sales rep argues with me about a tech question.

I just tell my customer that I really don't have anything to do with service and they have to talk to the service manager about it...MY JOB IS TO SELL THE CAR! That's it...and if I'm in finance that day I have to get them approved for a loan and do all state paperwork as well.
