Which is a better exhaust for a '00 Eclipse GT w/ Injen CAI?

The poll results only have one vote so its 100% for invidia. Do you have an exhaust on your '01? I'm in the process of searching for one.I talked to EMonz and he said he use to have an Invidia on his GT and loved it. Let me know if you do and if your shopping for one also.

 

no i dont yet... im interested to find out what exhaust is better, ill put and exhaust system in late, when i get some money

 

Ye I am searching for which is better, I've seen alot of 3g's with the evo 2 exhaust but never seen a 3g with invidia in person. On streetfire.net there is a video clip of an Invidia, sounds great nice n loud with a deep sound. I know that the evo has a deep growl to it that sounds nice around low rpms. But the invidia sounds deep all the way through. Can't decide on which one. I change my mind like everyday. I'ts a hard decision to make.What have you herd?

 

EMonz, do you know much about the evo 2. I herd that at higher rpms you can hear the CAI over the exhaust note. Is this true? I have a feeling that the Invidia is louder then the intake all the way through rpms. Correct me if im wrong. It's just the Invidia is loud and i don't want it tooo loud but i also want to hear the evo over my intake when i punch it.

 

EVO II is quite and yes the intake is much louder than it. The invidia is more even with the intake it is much louder than greddy Evo II

 

the 5zigen is a very deep sound. You cant actually hear it all that much but it just rumbles.

 

I'm installing an Apexi N1 full 3 inch exhaust system with my Injen intake on my 2g '99 GS-T..not sure how it's gonna sound on my ride though and what kind of performance it'll give to me..it sounded decent on my friend's '97 Spyder GS-T.
