Its not even a kit, all you need is a recirculation fitting. Your stock recirculation tube will work fine. I have an HKS SSQV recirculated, works awesome. Is the price what makes you think its a knockoff? Is it used or brand new? Where did you buy it from? I got mine slightly used from a local guy for $75 and its the real deal.
got mine brandspankin new for $50 shipped lol and it is the real deal and it came with the recirc kit as well

damn i need to see if i can find a recirculation kit for it...do you still get the sound though, i thought that recirculating the air back into the intake wouldn't give it the same sound as if it was released into atmosphere?
Oh and did yours fit into the piping where the original BOV was? mine was smaller and i have no clue how to put it together. It came in two separate pieces, think you can email instructions or something? Thanx!
by the way this is what came with the kit:

The ECU in the car measures how much fuel to pump in based on how much air is coming in through the intake (air/fuel ratio) and it's programmed based on the fact that the excess air form the BOV is recycled back into the intake. When the excess air that is released into the atmosphere doesn't go back the computer doesn't take that into account which could result in your fuel being too rich...doesn't necessarily mean that your car will have a problem but on mine it starts to idle funny and shutdown unless a little pressure is being fed to the pedal, might be different on your talon, plus the sound of the turbo doesn't really mean ALL that much to me...scares potential money away when they hear the turbo hahaha.
