Had new exhaust made with New Cat - now problems.
So I could not afford to buy a new factory Mitsubishi midpipe with cat for my 2011 Outlander (4 cylinder) (That one pope is $1000)
So I had a muffler shop build and replace my mid-pipe and cat. for $550.
The dude did a decent job, and everything was fine.
Then 2 weeks later my Check Engine Light started to come on and then reset..
Today I was driving home at about 74 mph with the cruise on. Car jerked, went to idle, CEL light came on and I had zero power.
I was able to pull to the side and shut the car off. I waited a few moments and turned the car on, everything was fine but the CEL remained on.
Went to a local Auto store and had them read the codes. Came up 1) Bad o2 sensor and 2) CPU memory erased.
I've looked up new o2 sensors on ebay, not to bad... but what is this CPU memory erased deal? Should I be concerned?
