i know that i was just saying the sound that magnaflow gave my dad was amazing but since its just a POS 420a i think i will just sell it soon

 

Its not as bad as all that. The 420a is at least a reliable motor. Just dont expect it tobe a beast of a car, they arent powerful motors, nor can they be. If you want to do an exhaust system on it... stick with something that wont put that bad of a dent in your wallet... get like... a Pacesetter setup or something.

 

pacesetter was actually what i was looking at just cuz it was cheap

 

It will likely produce the sound that youre looking for, just dont pick one thats a giant resonator (Coffee can) as it will sound like a Honda with an exhaust leak.

 

Ewwwwww pace setter i'd rather go with the OBX headers cheap and almost as goos as DC

 

Its a 420a Clipse... why would you throw the money out the window like that?

 

OBX aint that expensive.... Well I see wat you mean if hes tryn to turn it into a race car but since my 420A is gonna be for show anyways I would throw in name brands just cuz thats wat people look for in show cars

 

Hes not looking to show it (I dont think) he bought it under the impression that it could be switched to a GST motor... now he just wants to throw some stuff at it until he can get a GST.

 

That will happen.... Just throw in some headers and intake 2.5 exhaust better plugs n wires oh and pump 91 and u'll get a kick out of it.... it wont be fast but u'll feel the difference.
