Default Quiet Exhaust

Well I bought my GS with a annoying @$$ fart can on it and I'm itching to replace it. Was just wondering what would be the quietest cat back would be, I'm leaning towards a magnaflow because I have heard they are not too loud but just wanted to see if I could find something quieter though I still want it to sound good.

Yes to the Magnaflow. I've got a high flow cat and can and it's pretty "quiet". As quiet as a 3" turboback can be anyway, lol. My buddy with a GST has an N1 (3" turboback too) and I can hear him coming to the corner around my house. Of course, I don't know what my exhaust sounds like from the rear since I'm always driving, lol, but I can't ignore the fact that mine is still quiet compared to the Apexi N1.
Keep the stock style cat, don't go with piping larger than 2.5" and a Magnaflow can. That will tone it down and you won't have that annoying drone at interstate speeds.
A stock exhaust, however, will be very quiet. You may want to try that too.
