how can i know if it's high-heat paint? where does it say on the spray can? (i used fast dry colorplace spray paint)

If It is high temp....the can will say it u won't miss it yo.....i would get that paint off before it burns off and makes a mess....go get some cermaic engine paint.....then you will never have to worry

Thats why it looks bizarre.... its a 4g64... I must have just assumed it was an Eccy for some reason, and knew it wasnt a 4g63t or a 6g72... even then it could have still been a 4g64... Dont know what I was thinking...[:-]

i was wondering where you got the 420a comment from... i didn't know what it was... no matter what kind of paint you used it's not going to mechanically mess anything up. worst case scenario is that if it was not high temp paint it will crack and peel and look like total crap. you can just take it off, sand it down really really well and repaint it w/ some high temp paint (radiator paint will work probably)
