Man a lot of that crap is the same... If you are creative enough buy a cheap one off ebay and buy a K&N filter... My roomate bought a CAI for his Acura painted it bronze with clear coat and bought better rubber sleaves to connect on the intake manifold from autozone and it works great. You aren't going to get any power from that damn thing so you are pretty much getting a throaty sound. So buy something of ebay that looks moderate and work with it. Oh yeah, make sure you get one with sharp enough turn coming out of the throttle body or else your gonna hit your battery.

For example, an intake off ebay wont work on my 98 Spyder GS, so what I did was bought the intake adapter for a GST or GSX which allowed me to put a 3" K&N intake cone at the end of the stock piping without upsetting the MAFS. I got that deep sound, but no power that you are going to benefit from.

Well just make sure its 3" piping, or get the right size filter.
