what are the best upgrades for a 2003 mitsubishi eclipse gts??

depends on what you want, a small amount more HP go intake exhaust headers and a tune. you want be save up like $6k or more and get a Ripps SDS or used turbo kit. you really got the wrong car completely if you want more than just about stock performance. the pistons in the GT suck and the pistons in the GTS suck even worse so high HP is not possible without a rebuild, or a blown motor

yea..do u have any suggestions for exterior..b.c i already have intake exhaust and downpipe and im about to put a test pipe on it so if u have any suggestions hit me up thanks

The best body mods IMO would be. the eibach|KYB combo to lower the car and a nice wings west lip kit all around and call it a day. a stage I ripps sds your car can handle and would make like 260WHP or something I think
