Default '97 Lancer aftermarket Keyless entry installation

Hello there from Portugal!

I'm the happy owner of an old and quite beaten-up but very reliable 1997 Lancer.

I just bought an aftermarket remote on the internet, but information on the car's wiring is proving to be quite hard to find. I managed to find a live 12v connection, and discovered (what I believe to be) the central locking connection under the steering wheel, but, other than that, I'm stumped.

Could someone please help me or point me in the direction of some instructables or useful info on what should I connect to where?

Here are some pictures I took:

1. The connector on the fuse box that I believe to be the central locking control.

2. A closer look at the connector

3. The schematic of the aftermarket kit I bought.

Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide me!

Cheers!

Well, with some trial and error I managed to make the necessary connections in order for the centralized lock to work with the remote. I had to disable the door-activated central lock for it to work - can somebody confirm to me if this is really necessary or if there's a workaround?

I still need to know how to connect the turn signals and the horn, though. Any info on that would be greatly appreciated.
