Dash Light comes on while Braking

Default Dash Light comes on while Braking
This has just started happening. When I step on the brake, the dashboard lights
come on. Any ideas?

short circuit somewhere.
Check pedal and pivot for wires that arent where they should be, bent, frayed or rubbed...
