Hey guys. I have a 2009 Lancer GTS and my head unit doesnt work. Wont light up or anything. I had a buddy install red LED's to light up my floor that wired in to the headlights but also when I turned my headlights off, the head unit turned off as well. But now, even with the lights on, the head unit wont turn on. Ive had the LED's in for over a year. Could this be faulty wiring or could it be a fuse? Im not sure since it hasnt been a problem until now.

 

Check the fuses that are underneath the steering wheel.
