my friend has lights under the dash where you put your feet. And when he plays music the lights flash to the beat. How can i do this to my 99 eclipse?

No kidding. The neons have a sensitivity sensor in them that pulse with the beat.

yea it's a special type of neon that are made for that... check out streetglow.com

yes the poor car is a non-turbo, sadly. ok ill look around that site.

i have one that i bought a long time ago. i am sure i could sell it to you and a you could wire all your neons to it if you want.

advanced auto....but this was almost five years ago. good luck if you are going to hunt one down
