i have a first gen vr4 i need help on how to get the front bumper off..... do i need to drop the fenders also?? if ya can lemme kno thanks

 

No, you do not need to take the fenders off, but you will need to take the inner fender plastic splash sheild off, as well as active aero (if you still have it) other then that it is just a bunch of bolts, start looking around.
