I'm looking to sell some parts from my '91 3000gt. I have the front bumper, the rear bumper, the side skirts, the hood, the turn signals and the fog/driving lights. If anyone is interested, I would be glad to make a deal.

Hi. Your timing is perfect. I was just getting ready to list those parts on ebay this morning, but haven't done it yet. If you can make me an offer that would be comparable to what I would get on e-bay and you pay the shipping, I would be glad to sell them to you. I was planning on selling the front and rear bumpers separately, and the side skirts as a pair. I have the pictures I was going to post on e-bay, but the files are too large to include with this. I'm calling the dealerships around where I live tomorrow to price the same parts, just to see if the price would be comparable to buying the used ones and having to pay shipping on top of that. After I figure that out I'll have word on what the price differences are and what would be the better deal. I'll tell you either way.

Well, I called the dealership and basically they were going to rape me and my wallet. They wanted $604.21 for the front bumber $512.37 for the rear bumber and $396.85 for the set of side skirts. Needless to say, that is no longer an option. How much would you want for both bumpers and the side skirts? Also, I don't know if you overlooked it in my first response, I'm also looking for a passenger side front fender. No chance you're getting rid of that is there?

 

That is high priced. I would not ask anything near that. Of course, my parts are used. You would have to paint them to match your car anyways. They have scuff marks and some other small dimples (nothing too major -- mostly just ordinary wear and tear). Mine were only removed because I had a Euro style body kit put on the car. I asked my friend who does body work what would be a reasonable price and he said probably 25% of what it would take to buy them new. That would be about $375. I would take $300 for all of them though. Remember that I do have pictures of these items if you would like to see them. My only concern is what it would cost for you to have them shipped to you. It's hard to get a shipping quote when you don't know the destination. My zip code is 81401 if you would like to get some kind of freight or UPS quote so that you know. Also, I don't have the front fender you're looking for. I do have the hood though. I don't mind delaying listing any or all of this on ebay so that you have time to figure out if you want the parts or not. Let me know.
