I'll look into whether it will fit a 98 steering wheel and have an answer back to you by Monday afternoon. I'm not quite sure what you're asking after that... "is the steering and glove air bags?" If you're asking if I have the passenger side airbag as well, then I can say that I don't have that just the drivers side, which is invery verygood conditionas shown in the pictures. I will get back to you on the other questions asap.

 

This airbag retails for about $690.00, I'm willing to give out a bargain just because it seems pretty rare that someone needs this specific of a part and it would be hard to pay that much for something of this nature. If you are interested please reply and we can work out a great deal.
