Hey everybody. I recently purchased a 97 3000GT SL, and I have two problems. First one, the most annoying, is that the alarm goes OFF without any reason, at random. Second, when I try to unlock the doors with the key, the motors try to lock/unlock a few times, and then they remain in the LOCKED position. Kind of like someone is playing with the lock/unlock button really fast. Anybody knows about this problem. I am guessing the alarm problem might be related to the power door locks??? Any help is appreciated.

 

damn yo. the same **** happens to my 95 SL when i open the doors or try to pop my hood. the alarm jus starts goin off and i dont know to turn off the alarm. i need some help wit this too!

 

Well, actually, it sounds like you have a different problem. Mine goes off at random, but I can disable it if I turn the key into any lock. It's just that I need to go and disable it whenever it starts going off.
