I have a 98 3kgt. I saw on another website an aftermakert hood on a VR4 that was a ram air at the very tip. I was wondering where I can get aftermarket parts like that and other stuff such as Leather seats. I cant remember what website it was on. I am also thinking about swaping engines and putting in the TT VR4 engine and trans. I know that it is hard and everyone says its not worth the money but I have seen some people that have done it and it came out good. Thanks

 

you dont need to swap the engine to do TT, all the TT stuff will basically bolt right onto it. alot of people talk about doing the TT conversion but never actually do it( like me, haha)

if you wanna do it and have the money go for it, but unless you put in a LSD traction is gonna be your number one enemy

My car is a 98 3kgt with the 3.0 SOHC engine. I heard that you could only do that if you have the SL 3.0 DOHC. Thanks though

well...you CAN turbo anything...but I wouldnt TT the SOHC regardless of anything.

Just buy a front clip and change everything

if its not there it MIGHT be that Viper hood...but I am not 100% sure they are making that one any more.

yes, just get all the parts from a VR-4 for the turbos.

might want a LSD though or traction will be a b!tch
