For a DOHC, somewhere in the neighborhood of 16's for an auto, 15's for a stick.

 

Yes you can do it! Best soultion is to swap in a TT ecu, however you need to make some serious modifications to the wiring harness. Then your cruise control wont work lol. You can use the NA ecu, and many have, but you will have a harder time tuning the car. Another thing is you will need to upgrade your tranny. check out this link for more detailed info 3si.org na to forced industion thread Im just generalizing in here this morning. Fyi I used to run a best of 16.5 in the 1/4 as an NA ATX. My best time to date is a 13.2 as a TT ATX
