I have a 94 3000gt with a new rebuilt engine. Recently when these past few days when I was driving, anytime i was going aroung35 mph and then stop at a stop light or stop somewhere, i heard a low-medium whisp sound right in the front of my engine onanytime i would stop.

Today i drove it a littleand then parked itwhereI always park, which is a Garage and to get down from there while drivingis a Hill.(to get to a town road)

My Stick shifter will go into Reverse(get in gear)but it wont reverse. It slightly may go down fromthe hilllbut then it Stops and it is real Jolty and Bumpy and then you cant go no more after that. It wont reverse. It works Fine Driving Straight but not reversing.(because i parked straight into the garage while to get out i have to reverse and go down a hill and i cant so i drove it back in the garage.)

Anyone know what is wrong?
