Default loud screeching

When first accelerating up to about 20 mph a loud screech is made from the front left side. I thought it was the tires or the brakes rubbing, but even when in park revving the engine it screeches really loud. It looks like its coming from a belt or something. I don't know.

A long screwdriver will suffice as a stethoscope too.

I really don't understand what you just said.

But, its not constantly making the noise, only when I rev the engine, or accelerate. It goes away once I let off of the gas. It just sounds like the belt or pulleys are rubbing up against something really loudly.

What would a stethoscope prove?

Using a stethoscope and probing various areas of where you think the noise is coming from will help pinpoint it.
