Possible starter problem!!
Hey whats up guys. I have a 94 gt non-turbo dohc and I just replaced the engine. I go to crank the motor and acts like battery is dead. I take the starter off and go to the parts store and they tell me my starter is bad. I pay 150 bucks for a re-man oned and when I get home to install it it sounds almost like battery is dead again , which it couldnt be new one and i also had the charger on it. So i take the starter out and try it and the starter shaft pops up like it is suppose to to hit the flywheel but the shaft wont spin to start the car. Do u suppose the starter they gave me could be bad also? any help appreciated!!!

RE: Possible starter problem!!
Ive had "issues" before with Autozone, and Advance, and in both cases when I returned with their defect reman they had only the one....My best luck with remans(when I buy one) is either NAPA,or O,Reileys. In some cases its better to buy new..itll cost more obviously, but WAY less hastles.....
