Default Stealth Lack of power

I have a 91 stealth with a 94 3000gt 3.0 in it. As far as how it runs to a bystander it would seem to be running just fine and it does the problem is with accelerating it's just got just enough lack of power to be aggravating lol I haven't had the car long but this my third one and I know aroundish what power it should have. I unfortunately had to remove the TPS sensor cause of a slight crack in the plastic just on the outside edge an I just wanted to put a little epoxy just to prevent any further cracking. The unfortunate part of it is I didn't notice there was no marking for the position of it until after I removed it ( stupid of me not to look FIRST) but that was done amidst some other things like replacing vacuum lines an going over things but I'm just looking for another opinion as for as could the lack of power be the position of the TPS or should I be stressing elsewhere as well? If the position was of(I just put it at my best estimate back to where I thought it was) would the effect be slight loss of power or would the problem be bigger? It's like it accelerates normal all the way up to half throttle then from half throttle to full throttle there's no real change in pick up ( no noticable difference between half peddle to full peddle.please help it's driving me nuts just cause the idiot that had it before me seemed to mess with things he knew nothing about which makes me have lack of confidence in anything with the car till I get myself some version of reassurance one way or another. thnx
