if i get an aftermaket head unit will i be able to us the steering wheel controls or are there any that i can buy that i can patch in.
It would have to be a dvd with the fold out screen b/c im putin th tvs in the sun visors along with one in the center column.

There is an adapter kit out there so you can use the steering wheel controls w/ an aftermarket HU.
