totally lost......NEED HELP PLEASE.....
 
got a 93 3000gt....had new heads,timing belt,fuel pump,water pump put on,new computer....has no power to fuel pump.swapped out mfi relay with another one and still nothing.checked fuses and all seem ok.pump runs if hooked directly to battery.could there be an issue with anti theft???any other ideas or help is appreciated.thanks

also note that the car wont start when i hook fuel pump up directly to battery either.it just turns over but it does have compression and spark.

that means the ecm is brand new like i said originaly....dont know what else to check for so thats why i asked on here.

did it run before all this?
You need to see if fuel is actually spraying. when your cranking it with the fuel pump getting power, pull the plugs and see if they are wet from fuel. Make sure timing is set correctly. fuel pump gets signal from the mfi which gets signal from the ecu and thats it. if its a tt there is also a fuel pump relay and resistor up under the engine bay fuse box that could be bad.
