Will an SL front bumper fit on a vr4? The year is a 92. The same question goes for front fenders. Will the SL front fenders fit on a VR-4? (some ppl call the rear quarter panels fenders so I figured I'd be specific.)

 

any fender, from any year 3000gt or stealth, is interchangeable. all 3000GT front bumpers are interchangeable with like-generation years. all 91-93 3000GT bumpers are the same (SL, base, VR-4), and all 94-98 3000GT bumpers are interchangeable (SL, base, and VR-4). The 99 3000gt bumper will only directly fit other 99 3000GT models... however can be made to fit any year with a few changes.

 

Thank you very much! I ask because I'm looking to buy a friend's VR4. He drinks and drives and keeps wrecking his cars. Well he put the front passenger side into a poll with his VR4. It just needs some cosmetics like the hood, front bumper, and passenger side fender *and possibly some new struts* but other than that, some air bags and it's good to go again. He's willing to let it go with turbo timers, BOV, Electronic Greddy Boost controller, and HKS intake for just $1,500. The car has high mileage on it but he had the engine rebuilt around 20k miles ago and when he wrecked it , instead of using the insurance money to get cosmetics fixed, he had the tranny rebuilt.

 

I just got a 94 bumper off ebay and just noticed that the turn signals are different and am wondering if there is any way to get this bumper on a 99 3000gt? Please explain what I gotta do
