I have a 94 3000gt DOHC it is stock is their anything i can do to upgrade it or add things to i i know a turbo but kind of out of my budget right now so i was woundering if any one knows how can i get it going making it more faster and better performance wise thanks

theres the TT swap from the vr-4...theres some other NA things as well. but you cant expect much power out of an na heavy car.

weight has nothing to do with power. and for a tt swap the only thing that would limit the et is the launch.

LSD - Limited Slip Differential
Solid Motor Mounts
CAI -Cold Air Intake
Exhaust (high flow cat, headers, bigger piping)
Stage 2 P&P - Port & Polish
Fuel System upgrade
Coil Overs
etc...

Having gone down that route, I would stick away from the NA mods besides exhaust and intake. Don't get all caught up in underdrive pulleys and crap. I went the route of TT conversion on mine. Solid engine mounts are awesome, LSD is awesome too...Just don't expect CRAZY hp gains going the route of NA without dropping some serious dough.
