Where's the VIN?

Where's the VIN?

All right, saw what will be my new car today, a 96 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL, but there was no VIN on the dashboard. Where is it located, does anyone know? Need it for obvious purposes.

It is on the drivers side of the dashboard down in the corner between the vent and A-pillar (window frame). There is also one on the drivers door.
