I have bought an 04 Diamante that was a police vehicle. Some of the wirinf has been disconnectd when they removed the police equipment. (cigarette lighter sockets and fog lights for example)> Does anyone have a wiring diagram or manual I could take a look at please?

Find a circuit in the fuse box that is turned on with the key in the 'on' position, then just wire up the cig lighter to that fuse and be done with it. If you want the power to be on all the time, then just wire it to the battery.
