Hi, I just replaced one on my 02 diamante. it simple. you have to take off the airbag fron the steering wheel "2 screws, one on each side with a star screw driver size T30. then take the steering wheel off, then unpug all the wires to the old clock spring remove the screws and replace with the new one. NOTE: you will notice that the center of the old clock spring rotates. the new one has a yellow clip that keeps it from moving. do not remove the clip untill you have instaled it. once its screwd in then it is safe to remove the yellow clip. Good luck
