Where is the Relay located for the Heater Blower Motor on a 2001 Diamante?

 

Theheater blower relay is located on the driverside fuse box inside the car under the dash,there are 2 similar relays that you can actually swap ( just make sure they are the same number) to test. If it is not the relay the other thing it couldbe is the power transistor that controls the blower it is located inside the air intake housing close to the blower. If you changed the blower you might have seen it, it isa few inches to the left of the blower.

 

I purchased the ROUND Relay #41-5002 as shown in the Parts Breakdown of the Heater Blower Housing. It has a four Contact Multi plug. The Picture shows this part apparently in or near the Blower Housing.
After tearing half the Dashboard apart. Removing the Glove Box, Blower Moter, and assorted Covers I cannot FIND the damn thing. I traced wires all over the place and easily found the Rectangular Transistor or Thermistor (whatever) but this RELAY isn't anywhere to be found.. HELP!!!!!
