Help! I can't start my Endeavor. When I put the key in, only the clock and odometer come on. If the door is open, I get the chiming sound and sometimes the odometer will go off but clock stays on. When I turn the key to the 2nd position, the passenger air bag and seatbelt sign come on along with a few assorted other lights on the dash, but not all of them and they are flickering off and on rapidly. When I try to start it, there is no click sound or anything. We have already determined it was not the alternator, battery or starter. The battery fusible link part was corroded and has been replaced with a new one but it did not solve the problem. Could it be the ignition switch or bad microchip in the key? Any other possibilities or advice?
