My wife's Endeavor came with 2 keys both of which have the the lock/unlock/panic features on the exterior. It turns out than one of the keys is a valet key which has the remote features diabled. I was referred to a local "chip key" locksmith who programmed us 2 blank valet keys for $30 each. We still need a second or third remote-enabled key. The dealer quoted $120 to make us one fully-functional driver's key. Do we have other options in getting the additional keys we want?

 

Do a search online, there are a few places who do the new keys. You could try AAA if you have coverage too....it's amazing how those keys just disappear...lol. I do know that different service levels provide different benefits for AAA, so check it out first.
