is the rear wiper blade a dealer only item for the Endeavor? I have a 2004 model, and bought the 14" replacement blade recommended at my local auto parts store, but I am having trouble replacing the blade only, as the large plastic housing that the blade slides into does not like the new blade

any help is greatly appreciated

You should go for the usual prescribed and compatible wiper..if the blades are not fitting on the mounts then that means you have got a wrong pair of blades.

 

getting the whole arm from the dealer will cost you about 20 bucks. then you will have the correct part, that fits correctly. aftermarket parts are regularly wrong, or dont fit right. go dealer if you can. most times they are closer than u think in price comparison
