Front brake rotors 2011 endeavour

Default Front brake rotors 2011 endeavour
Is there an easy way to get the two Phillip's head screws out of the rotor? Do they need to go back in? Can I simply drill them out? Will an impact hammer help or just strip them out?

Impact Screwdriver is what I use. The type that you hammer on the end are cheap and work really well.
