Default Oil Change 2

Anyone had any problems with the oil pan drain plug leaking after an oil change? I changed my oil this morning and a guy in a lift bay next to me warned me of "one time use" drain plugs installed on new cars. Apparently they have an aluminum gasket on them that should be replaced every oil change. If it's true, it's news to me.

I don't have an Endeavor, however my 01's been through 2 soon to be 3 changes since I bought it, and I haven't had any problems with the drain plug. But if your plug is leaking a noticeable amount of oil, I'd definately look into it, by checking the owners manual, or calling the local Mitsubishi dealer.

that doesnt sound very true to me, but if someone ruined the bolt just get a new one. as long as you have a washer it shouldnt leak
