Default Release Fuel Pressure - 05 Endeavor

I'm making some modifications to my 05 Endeavor to improve gas mileage. I want to install a fuel heater, but I can't seem to find the correct steps to release the fuel pressure. One source (online) says to remove the fuse marked "CIRCUIT RELAY" while the engine is running and the car will subsequently stall from lack of fuel, but I can't seem to find anything that's marked "CIRCUIT RELAY". For that matter, I can't find a fuse for the fuel pump either. There ought to be one, right?
Any guidance will be HUGELY appreciated.
Thanks.

a fuel heater will not actually improve your milage.
the only way to do so is to alter your driving technique.

That's where you're wrong. There are systems becoming more and more available (thanks to the internet) that radically improve gas mileage, AND others that completely annihilate our dependence on oil. Check this out. This water4gas system is the one I'm implementing. I know several people who are using a single cell electrolizer, coupled with a fuel heater that improve their gas mileage by as much as 65%! The system advertises between 20 and 50 percent improvement, but the bottom line is that it can be done, and a lot of people are doing just that. Diesel engines modified to run on vegetable oil, electric conversion kits, you name it. We all need to start sticking our middle finger up at the government and taking back our power. Fuel crisis? Bull****. Check this out.

dude, stop being a sucker.

if ANY of that crap worked, it would be installed on the cars from the factory. Why? because if the manufacturers dont hit the CAFE standards, they get slapped with MILLIONS in penalties. They also need the mileage boost for marketing, nevermind the fact that they all KNOW they will sell more cars if they get better milage.

you will not improve your mileage without a major compromise in something else.

Installed at the factory? And I'm the sucker? And you probably believe that engines are put together as accurately as possible so there's no wear and tear too? It's all about money. Engines are purposely made a little bit off so that eventually a new one will be required after its beaten itself up for a couple hundred thousand miles. GM employees at one time were allowed to purchase such vehicles (machined perfectly), and they ran a helluva lot longer than the ones being sold at the dealership. If they only had to sell you one vehicle, and you never had to buy another one - what kind of profit do you think they'd make in comparison to the ones that had to be replaced every so often? Think about it and do some research.
If you don't know the answer to my question, just say so - "change your driving technique" doesn't answer the question I'm asking. Thanks.

Manybrews, I agree with you. These conspiracy theories some people have are ridiculous. NOBODY will get a 65% increase in fuel mileage with some add on device.

I did get a 51% increase, thank you very much. Another component will go on next week. I'll let you know if it hits 65%. Conspiracy theory? Dude you really need to educate yourself.

OK, I have an open mind. If you could supply details as to how you increased mileage by 51% I'd love to know. Educate me.

Go here. Then look at any number of videos on youtube to see that it works and more and more people are doing it every day. Here's a news clip. Here's an electrolyzer in action.
