Default Timing Belt Change Question/s

Hi all, I'm new to the forum as well as to the Endeavor. I am planning to do a timing belt change (120k miles), my original thoughts were that I would just change the belt and 2 pulleys but after some thought, do I really need to change the water pump and belt tension adjuster? Ive searched the forum and couldnt find an answer.
Thanks in advance.

All "extra" parts are on order. Have to make a couple of the special tools but all should go well. Still cant believe no one in the baton rouge area carries a timing belt tensioner wrench, a flat bar with a couple of roll pins and a cutoff bolt for the torque wrench is cheaper anyway. Thanks

Yes it is specified by constructor to change water pump and belt tension to with timing belt, warranty reason .
