The EVO will but not by a real lot.
93+ VR4s run somethng like a 13.3
2006 IX runs around a 12.9 (driver makes the difference)
if the evo is any year older than an 06 then the VR4 would be pretty close if it is a 03-04 EVO the VR4 should win and that is based on stock for stock
