ACT is okay. Its known to have tranny lockout in the higher revs...

the EXEDY is actually the best for the EVOs. Very much worth the price.

yea what he said

If you do a search for tranny lockout in the evo section i believe emonz did a nice little write-up one time on exactly what it is and how its caused. But generally the ACT have been notorious for it. On an eclipse the act is fine but for an evo i think exedy and tilton are the best

I have an ACT HDSS clutch with absolutely no lockout issues in the higher rpm's. The lockout will occurif you don't have the clutch pedal adjusted correctly.

you also are close to stock. when pulled over 7500RPMs and making decent HP ACT clutchs have a tendancy to lock the tranny from shifts
