Just curious to know if anyone has got sound clips. I did a search and couldnt find anything, I know someone has got to have or knows a link somewhere, I would really like to know what it really sounds like.

 

Do you mean a turbo cat exhaust? If so, here is a link to a video I took of my Evo going from 0 - 100 mph. It's the sound from inside the car....if you would like to hear a clip of the outside I could get one....just let me know.

 

Where's your link?? If its there I dont see it, maybe my computer is screwed up. Well thanks for the reply although I was referring to a bad transfercase, I would like to know what it sounds like, I hear people talking about them going bad and that they whine extremely loud, I understand what they mean but I kinda need to hear it instead of just guessing. Know of any links just put them up, if i can locate some I'll put them up but i've been looking but cant find any.

Bad tranfer case will sound like a really loud whine in every gear

 

I thik they clunk alot too. Where did you get than whine from? cause the cars whine already anyways

 

I was just curious, mine whines up till about 40mph only if im on the gas, when i let off It goes away when driving easy, Not too bad. If i run through the gears though I only hear it in first. But I figured if there were so many people out there with bad TC's that someone might have an actual sound clip from inside the car.

 

No the car always whines. its just the car.
