Default Buying this evo, thoughts?

Picking up this Evo this weekend http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/car/330071097.html

Offered the dude21k,was wondering what kinda HP and 1/4 mile miles to expect. Should I have the car dyno'dand "tuned" shorty after I get it? Or is the dynoflash sufficient.

Edit: yes I know this is a very standard noob 1st post good fun now on with the noob question answering

Dynoflash should be fine. The car should run arpund a 12.8 or something or the sort but that all depends how well the tune is and how much boost the car is running ect ect should be near 300WHP or so give or take

same the miles and price aren't bad. hard to be too picky with a mod list like that, seems pretty solid.
